Ivillage reports that former Dancing with the Stars couples Derek and Shannon announced a breakup with simultaneous mutual tweets. When I read this I threw up in my mouth. Its worse than Oprah on twitter!
This is apparently a part of a new trend of celebrity tweets. Words cannot describe how cheesy I think this sort of thing is.
Twitter is definitely changing. According to the stats the demographic is filling out and becoming more mature. but to me it seems to be dominated more and more by cheesy pre-pubescent crap. Ref. my previous gripe about #Followfriday
